Vitamins are essential compounds in food even though the content contained these foods is small, and this because vitamins have a vital role human body. Vitamin C or ascorbic acid secondary antioxidant compound that captures free radical compounds. easily found vegetables fruits. One of fruits contain vitamin guava. This study aims to determine analyze concentrations several guava fruit types with iodometric titration method. type research quantitative-qualitative experimental laboratory. The samples used were Myrtaceae family consisting red (Psidium guajava L.), crystal water (Syzygium aqueum). began making 0.05 N iodine, iodine formation, then 3% amylum indicators. average sample guava, was 2.42 mg/100 grams. To conclude, concentration higher at 157 g compared other two guavas, which 80 87 g.
